Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-01-15
These terms govern your use of the StyleStats website at stylestats.org ("the Site"), the open-source StyleStats software ("the Software"), and the sample CSS analysis reports we publish ("the Reports"). By accessing the Site you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes. You may read, link to, and reference content from the Site freely. Automated scraping or bulk-downloading of the Site is not permitted without prior written consent.
2. Use of the Software
The StyleStats software is distributed under an open-source license at the source repository. Use of the Software is governed by that license and not by these terms.
3. Sample reports
The Reports describe stylesheets of third-party websites for educational and reference purposes. The Reports are independent observations and do not imply any endorsement, partnership, or affiliation between StyleStats and the websites described. All trademarks, brand names, and logos referenced in the Reports remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Accuracy and warranties
The Site, the Software, and the Reports are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Stylesheet metrics are point-in-time observations and may not reflect the current state of any third-party site. We make no guarantee that the Site will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyleStats and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the Software, or the Reports.
6. User-submitted content
If you submit comments, feedback, or pull requests through the project's public channels, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with the Site and Software.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Contact
